If we generate community-led evidence to understand inequities and co-create practical solutions; and strengthen the capacity of duty bearers and systems at all levels; and mobilise citizens to advocate for inclusive and accountable governance; and deliver sustainable, community-rooted and market-based services—then marginalised women, children and young people will access quality and affordable services, strengthen resilience, and achieve improved well-being and long-term socio-economic transformation.
